to Gold Coast.
Not your average breathwork.
IMD is a guided breathwork experience built on how your body actually works. No chanting, no incense, no spiritual performance. Just your breath, used deliberately, as the one direct lever you have over your own nervous system.
Every person in the room wears premium wireless headphones playing engineered sound, so the whole group moves through the same journey together while staying completely in their own world.
You do not need any experience. You just need to show up and breathe. Gold Coast does not have a class yet. That is exactly what we are building, and the waitlist is how it starts.
You are in.
We will email you the moment IMD Breathwork comes to Gold Coast. Keep an eye on your inbox.
What is coming to Gold Coast.
Two ways into IMD. Both built on the same science, both run live with the full headphone and sound system.
What to expect when we launch.

You do not have to wait for classes to launch. For corporate days, private groups, and one off events in Gold Coast, we bring in an experienced IMD instructor to run the full experience on site. Headphones, sound system, and method, all handled.
Choose a Transformational Journey for deep release, or a Down Regulation Journey for stress reduction. Fully immersive, science based, and held with complete safety.
