How much time do I need?
As little as 3 minutes for a quick state shift, around 10 to energise, or about 40 for a full Relax & Restore journey. You choose based on the time and the state you're in.
Do I need headphones?
For the breathing sessions, headphones help but aren't essential. For the binaural beats, yes, each ear needs its own tone for them to work, so headphones are required there.
Do I need any breathwork experience?
None. Press play and you're guided the whole way.
Is this the same as IMD's in-person sessions?
No, and that's deliberate. The in-person work is for releasing held emotion, properly held by a facilitator. The app is for regulating how you feel day to day: stress, sleep, focus, energy. Two tools, two jobs.
How does the free trial work?
