Andreea's Origin Story.

I felt everything deeply and often became overwhelmed by emotions I didn't know how to regulate. Watching people I loved hold unexpressed pain until it became physical illness taught me something fundamental: emotions don't disappear. They settle into the body and wait.

My search for understanding led me through many modalities, but every path revealed the same truth — the mind alone is not enough. Real change comes through the body, the nervous system and the breath.

Breathwork carried me through some of the hardest moments of my life. Training with IMD felt like coming home. Now I guide others back into their bodies and their own inner power, one breath at a time.
