Thomas's Origin Story.
I grew up with chronic bronchitis and learned early that breath was my anchor. Martial arts, yoga and a life spent diving and travelling the world deepened that relationship. But everything changed after a severe spinal injury left me partly paralysed. In that darkness a friend introduced me to breathwork, and it gave me something I hadn't felt in months: calm, control and a way back into my body.
Three months later I was walking and back on a surfboard. Breathwork rebuilt me. Not just mentally. Physically and scientifically. It taught me resilience, regulation and how to move from victim state into empowerment.
