Install×These terms govern your use of the IMD On Demand app and any content, sessions, audio or services accessed through it. By creating an account or using the app in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
IMD On Demand is operated by IMD Breathwork. References to "IMD", "we", "us" or "our" throughout these terms refer to IMD Breathwork and its founder. You can contact us at transform@imdbreathwork.com.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. By creating one you confirm this is true. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account with anyone else. Each subscription is for a single user only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are breached.
This is important. Please read it carefully. All content on IMD On Demand — including breathwork sessions, audio journeys, soundscapes, solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, scripts, techniques, methodologies and any other material — is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not, under any circumstances: use any IMD content, sessions, audio or methodology to teach, facilitate or guide others in a paid or commercial setting; reproduce, record, copy, broadcast or redistribute any session or audio in any form; incorporate any IMD content into your own products, services, courses or offerings; present IMD methodology, techniques or branding as your own; sublicense, sell or transfer your access to any third party; use any content from the app for business purposes without prior written permission from IMD Breathwork.
Facilitating breathwork sessions using IMD methodology requires completing official IMD Breathwork certification. Uncertified facilitation of IMD sessions is a breach of these terms regardless of whether money changes hands. Breach of this clause constitutes infringement of IMD Breathwork's intellectual property and we reserve the right to terminate your access immediately and pursue legal remedy including damages.
Free content: The Morning Boost session is free forever once you are signed in and requires no payment.
Monthly subscription: $9.99 per month, billed monthly, with the first 3 days free. Cancel anytime.
Annual subscription: $99.99 per year, billed annually.
Founding Members rate: Where applicable, 50% off for life, subject to maintaining an active subscription. If a Founding Members subscription lapses for any reason, the standard rate applies on resubscription.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, or by Apple or Google when you subscribe through their app stores. IMD does not store your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from Settings in the app; if you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancellation is managed through your Apple or Google subscription settings.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on subscription payments already processed. If you believe there has been an error, contact us at transform@imdbreathwork.com and we will review it. Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Breathwork can produce powerful physiological and emotional responses. By using this app you confirm that you have read and understood the following: the sessions on this app are designed for healthy adults and are not a substitute for medical treatment, therapy or professional mental health support; if you have a history of cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety disorders, psychosis, recent surgery, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before using any breathwork sessions; do not use breathwork sessions while driving, operating machinery or in any situation where losing awareness could be dangerous; if you feel unwell during a session, stop immediately and breathe normally; sessions marked as suitable for ages 12+ should only be used by minors with parental supervision and awareness.
IMD Breathwork accepts no liability for adverse physical or psychological reactions arising from use of the app where these guidelines have not been followed.
All content on IMD On Demand is the intellectual property of IMD Breathwork. This includes but is not limited to session scripts, audio recordings, soundscapes, frequency tracks, methodology, branding, design and written content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal use only.
We aim to keep the app running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the app offline for maintenance, updates or improvements. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability. We reserve the right to modify, add or remove content from the app at any time.
The app uses third party services including payment processing and analytics. These services have their own terms and privacy policies which govern their use of your data. We are not responsible for the practices of third party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMD Breathwork is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
