From an early age, I felt a subtle sense of unease within myself — something I couldn't quite explain, but always present.
I spent years trying to move past it, to quiet it, to find ease outside of myself. But beneath it all, my body kept communicating the same message: you are not settled.
Everything changed during a breathwork practice in India. In just thirty minutes, the anxious pull in my belly softened, and for the first time, I experienced a deep, embodied sense of peace.
Now, through IMD, I guide others to reconnect with their bodies, where ease isn't something to chase, but something to feel.
