Becoming an IMD Breathwork practitioner has been nothing short of transformative for me. As a mother to a son with a rare condition, I've lived the deep reality that while western doctors have their place and invaluable tools, there is so much more at play in healing.
Breathwork has given me a space to slow down, feel and create room for what medicine alone cannot reach. The subtle layers of tension, fear, hope, and love. It has taught me how to hold presence – to allow release and open gently to the heart's own wisdom.
